Requirements

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Clinical Operations will lead the development and refinement of TailorCare’s MSK navigation model, partnering with a Clinical Advisory Board to innovate on protocols for patient intake, education, and care planning. They will also serve as the clinical lead for defining workflows and requirements for the care navigation platform, collaborating with Product and Engineering to ensure clinical tools drive efficiency and quality. Furthermore, the VP will represent TailorCare externally, build and lead a high-performing clinical team, and utilize clinical and operational data to measure performance, patient outcomes, and cost savings.
