As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the expanding Health Plan and ACO portfolio. Your responsibilities include transforming existing care-coordination, quality, and real-time data products into a growth engine, reshaping pricing and packaging, driving adoption of new add-ons, and calibrating product lines to meet market demands. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen and technical fluency, championing modern, outcome-focused product practices. You will guide teams in framing customer problems, conducting rapid experiments, measuring impact, and delivering results. You will also mentor Product Managers, establish clear discovery and delivery rhythms, and foster empowered cross-functional squads. Collaboration with engineering on the clinical-data platform and with Sales and Customer Success to achieve expansion and retention goals is key.
