Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve strategic frameworks, playbooks, and benchmarks for influencer and social marketing
  • Guide outcome-driven strategies for top-tier client accounts and new business opportunities
  • Translate market trends and client performance insights into scalable best practices
  • Provide executive-level support on client engagements, including strategy workshops, business reviews, and marketing transformation plans
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams to build winning proposals and strategies driving revenue outcomes
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to inform and optimize client strategies
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and ensure accountability for a high-performing team of Strategists
  • Lead prioritization, performance reviews, and resourcing across client portfolios and new business
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing leaders to align strategy with business objectives
  • Represent the Strategy function internally and externally, modeling company values
  • Champion innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the team and company
  • Act as a key voice in company-wide planning and growth discussions
  • Stay at the forefront of social platform changes, creator economy trends, and performance marketing innovations
  • Lead internal education to upskill GTM teams on emerging strategies and tools
