Management of product marketing experiences including guiding projects through all stages of multi-channeled marketing campaigns from initial development to execution to metrics/ROI analysis
Understanding of BlackRock’s products, markets, clients, and AM trends
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the overall product distribution and strategy for the BlackRock LatAm and Canada Market, including BlackRock, iShares, GIP, HPS and Aladdin product strategy and content development, project management and new campaign outreach initiatives to help drive and achieve regional and local business priorities
Collaborate with both global, regional and local teams to build impactful, short and long terms product distribution plans for priority products/solutions launches
Ensure partners initiatives are aligned with business priorities, messaging, and the overall marketing and business goals
Find and develop unique opportunities to create value by enabling product marketing and digital commercial initiatives as well as identification of areas for improvement in business processes and technology tools
Lead strong marketing execution and project management including expense reporting, risk management, status reporting, and execution plans, accounting for complete project lifecycle from inception to closure, collaborating with participants to determine project timeline, map projects for budget tracking, and ensuring set deadlines
Lead external-facing product/solution marketing content and deeply understand digital products/platforms to translate that knowledge into impactful and scalable communications and content for client-facing experiences
Help define and track KPIs for all product marketing experiences, trainings and digital events, and drive accountability across the market
Maintain close partnership with global, regional and local teams to ensure integration and commercial growth
