Requirements

Candidates should possess deep experience and market credibility to drive new business with large/jumbo employers. A proven track record of collaborating and leading a sales team to achieve goals is essential. Demonstrated interest in joining a company in the midst of tremendous growth and driving business into new markets, along with high EQ and the ability to engage key stakeholders, are required. Responsibilities

The VP of Employer Growth will drive new business with large employers, manage and potentially expand the regional Account Executive team, and create a sales strategy with effective sales operations processes. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, utilizing a metrics-driven approach with KPIs, representing Twin Health with a differentiated value proposition, and leading the commercial process from sourcing to contracting. The role also involves engaging with consultant and broker channels, collaborating with Marketing on investments, and contributing to a high-performing culture with passion and trust.
