Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor and advocate for clients, embedding within their organization to align on personal and business objectives
  • Deepen client relationships through strategic communications, coaching on execution improvements, and guiding prioritization
  • Drive account expansion by investigating needs, developing offerings, and positioning Egen's solutions
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, including presales, presentations, proposals, SOWs, financial models, and contracts
  • Evolve the practice by developing new SDL offerings, business assets, and innovative services
  • Grow partner networks to expand business opportunities
  • Champion product mindset and oversee end-to-end project execution with clear success criteria, governance, risk management, and change management
  • Lead and evolve delivery methodologies and tools
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Service Delivery Leads and Project Managers for continuous improvement
