Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor and advocate for clients, embedding within their organization to align on personal and business objectives
Deepen client relationships through strategic communications, coaching on execution improvements, and guiding prioritization
Drive account expansion by investigating needs, developing offerings, and positioning Egen's solutions
Own the full sales lifecycle, including presales, presentations, proposals, SOWs, financial models, and contracts
Evolve the practice by developing new SDL offerings, business assets, and innovative services
Grow partner networks to expand business opportunities
Champion product mindset and oversee end-to-end project execution with clear success criteria, governance, risk management, and change management
Lead and evolve delivery methodologies and tools
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Service Delivery Leads and Project Managers for continuous improvement
