Responsibilities

  • Advise, lead, and strategize cross-functional GTM alignment for Korea, including partners, marketing, presales, vendor management, and demand generation
  • Drive Net New (NN); Large Enterprise (LE), Majors, Medium Enterprise (ME), Education & Government (E&G), and Customer Base (CB) organization across the region
  • Manage Sustainable Growth Initiative (SGI) market strategy and its impact
  • Lead key decisions and communications across all functions related to real estate, back-to-work, townhalls, gender pay gap, D&I strategies, press, and external facing responsibilities
  • Regionally establish and implement strategies with significant impact on organizational results, as well as operational and/or financial impacts on Workday
  • Guide and manage activities in the assigned region (Korea) to exceed company revenue goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute a business plan to expand Workday's footprint in Korea, leveraging its strong partner co-sell market position in Asia-Pacific
  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above quota results through successful pipeline management
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent
  • Display thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts in the region
  • Work with team members individually as needed while promoting a healthy team environment
  • Support the sales team in sales meetings with prospects
