Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all resorts within the region, ensuring alignment with enterprise financial objectives and long-range plans
  • Partner with Regional Executive Vice Presidents (REVPs) to develop integrated financial and strategic plans balancing growth, profitability, and guest experience
  • Challenge and validate key assumptions, ensuring consistency in forecasting methodologies and performance drivers across all resorts
  • Oversee development of standardized monthly and quarterly performance reports for REVPs, Resort Presidents, and the CFO, distilling complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Continuously monitor regional financial performance, including P&L, revenue, margin, and cost structure, benchmarking results across resorts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk
  • Drive accountability for performance outcomes by partnering with Resort and Shared Services leaders to define corrective actions and optimize operational and financial results
  • Partner with REVPs and Resort Presidents for post-mortem analysis and strategic review
