Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent executive role
  • 4-Year Degree Required. Advanced degree (MBA, MS HR, or equivalent) preferred
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and transforming HR functions in complex, matrixed environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executives, providing candid counsel and enabling bold decision-making
  • Exceptional executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and a data-driven mindset
  • Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, and change management
  • Strong understanding of international HR practices, particularly in India, with experience managing global teams. Broader global HR experience beyond the U.S. and India preferred
  • Prior leadership of executive succession planning and board-level talent processes preferred
  • Experience in multi-brand or multi-unit environments

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and thought partner to senior executives and corporate function leaders
  • Design and execute innovative people strategies that drive business outcomes, accelerate transformation, and strengthen organizational health
  • Partner with the CPO and other HR leaders to evolve Inspire’s People Roadmap, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and future growth
  • Serve as a visible leader and advocate for Inspire’s culture, values, and EVP of belonging, growth, and accountability
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous learning
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development that prepares Inspire’s Support Center for the future
  • Champion initiatives that build belonging, engagement, and well-being across global corporate teams
  • Ensure HR leaders are seen as strategic business partners with deep credibility across functions
  • Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to guide talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Monitor and influence outcomes tied to engagement, retention, performance, and mobility
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform executive decision-making
  • Provide HR leadership across U.S. and India Support Centers, ensuring a seamless and consistent team member experience
  • Partner closely with international HR leaders to align global policies, compliance, and mobility programs
  • Oversee execution of core HR processes while identifying opportunities for innovation and simplification
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate HR systems, practices, and culture across geographies
