Responsibilities

The Vice President of Customer Marketing will lead the strategic vision and execution of the end-to-end member and patient marketing experience, focusing on increasing retention, satisfaction, and business outcomes. This role involves architecting multi-channel lifecycle marketing experiences, implementing enterprise-wide governance for campaign prioritization, and representing the voice of the customer in executive forums. Responsibilities also include establishing a channel management center of excellence, collaborating with various teams to deliver compelling creative and personalization frameworks, defining enterprise NBA logic, tracking and optimizing journey performance, supporting the adoption of AI and MarTech solutions, and championing agile ways of working. The VP will also lead and mentor a large team of marketing professionals, including directly managing four people leaders.
