Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering digital and service-based products. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills are required, along with experience managing product initiatives with multiple personas in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities

The Director of Product will lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
