Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in healthcare technology or a related field. Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and mentoring product teams is essential, along with a deep understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and execution. Experience with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making is also required.

Responsibilities

As the VP of Product, you will define and execute a compelling product strategy aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and customer needs, collaborating closely with Engineering, Experience Design, and Data Science leadership to ensure high-velocity product delivery. You will also lead and mentor a team of product managers, drive data-driven market research and customer insights, and establish KPIs to measure product success while continuously iterating for improvement, ultimately scaling our products and enhancing user engagement.
