Candidates should possess prior experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally from the service industry or retail sector. They should demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently and achieve targets, and a passion for excellent customer service and customer orientation. Fluency in German is essential, and prior experience in the energy sector is not required.
As a Sales Representative, you will identify and engage potential private customers directly in person through door-to-door sales. You will present Octopus Energy's electricity and gas tariffs in personal customer conversations, build relationships with potential customers, deepen those relationships, take responsibility for achieving sales targets within your sales area, and report to the sales management. You will also be responsible for conducting cold outreach and providing comprehensive training on Octopus Energy's products.
