Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Product Strategy for the product area to ensure sales efforts align with product direction and business goals
  • Participate in strategic customer and prospect engagements, including calls and onsite meetings, to represent the product vision and gather market insights
  • Evangelize the product at industry events, partner forums, and customer briefings
  • Develop and refine sales strategies that support consistent, scalable, and effective selling motions
  • Gather feedback from sales reps and frontline teams to identify friction points and implement improvements to the sales process
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to evolve messaging and positioning based on field learnings and industry trends
  • Collaborate with Product Management to share feedback and insights to influence the product roadmap
  • Drive initiatives to expand product adoption within the existing customer base, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as the conduit between Product Strategy and Sales to jointly set and report on forecasts, bookings, and revenue targets
