Responsibilities

Partner with the Head of Product Strategy for the product area to ensure sales efforts align with product direction and business goals
Participate in strategic customer and prospect engagements, including calls and onsite meetings, to represent the product vision and gather market insights
Evangelize the product at industry events, partner forums, and customer briefings
Develop and refine sales strategies that support consistent, scalable, and effective selling motions
Gather feedback from sales reps and frontline teams to identify friction points and implement improvements to the sales process
Collaborate with Product Marketing to evolve messaging and positioning based on field learnings and industry trends
Collaborate with Product Management to share feedback and insights to influence the product roadmap
Drive initiatives to expand product adoption within the existing customer base, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as the conduit between Product Strategy and Sales to jointly set and report on forecasts, bookings, and revenue targets
