Responsibilities

Drive sales through excellent customer service
Act as a product expert and Skechers brand ambassador, using this knowledge to guide customers to the right product selection
Ensure inventory levels on the sales floor are correct and well-maintained in terms of merchandising, storage, and cleanliness to provide a top-level shopping experience
Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, etc., at the point of sale
Professionally accept returns and offer exchanges or alternatives whenever possible, always striving to maintain an optimal customer relationship
