Requirements

Candidates are required to have 4+ years of experience implementing Document or Quality Management systems for life sciences as a consultant, business, or IT representative, a Bachelor's degree in Life science, computer science, or a related field, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to act with speed to understand business requirements. Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Veeva Configuration Analyst, you will participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying Quality systems, support Functional Analysts in workshops, be part of customer discussions of the Vault Quality suite, design, prototype, configure, and document Quality/Content management solutions, implement Veeva Vault Quality Suite per customer requirements, assess the impact of change, represent Professional Services across multiple engagements, and ensure customer success from the beginning to the end of the engagement life cycle.
