Requirements

Candidates should possess Salesforce certification and be a subject matter expert, demonstrating a strong understanding of the current projects and PointClickCare's Salesforce roadmap. They should also have experience building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders to align project goals with business needs, and experience leading requirements interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions to gather business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and validating business needs, leading and conducting QA activities, and designing processes to improve system effectiveness. They will collaborate closely with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Owners, Business Solution Managers (BSMs), Application Analysts, Application Engineers, Project and Program Managers, and other team members to deliver solutions successfully, focusing on capturing and documenting detailed business requirements, including user personas and to-be process flows, utilizing Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
