Requirements

  • Knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations
  • Skills to fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders/invoices, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
  • Capability to complete work assignments using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers/coworkers/customers/partners; identify priorities/deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
  • Ability to provide Member service: acknowledge Members, identify needs, assist with purchases, locate merchandise, resolve issues, promote products/services

Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards/procedures/guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standards, correcting/reporting unsafe situations
  • Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring order/invoice accuracy, securing items until Member arrival, following up on out-of-stock items
  • Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, identifying priorities/deadlines/expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, adapting to change/feedback
  • Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues/concerns, promoting company products/services
