Responsibilities

  • Supports production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials
  • Rotates through tasks (e.g., operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines while monitoring barcoding systems, overseeing tray packaging machines)
  • Completes changeovers safely and efficiently
  • Visually monitors conveyor lines for damaged bottles
  • Oversees tray pack machines and completes changeovers safely and efficiently
  • Performs quality inspections and verifies sample compliance with specifications
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures
  • Promptly reports any issues or concerns that could hinder production efficiency
  • Immediately reports any food safety or quality issues to management
  • Identifies opportunities for process enhancement
  • Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources
  • Communicates progress and information
  • Determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities
  • Creates a workplace culture of belonging and opportunities for associates to thrive
