Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, actively listening to associates, touring stores, providing feedback (Tour to Teach), communicating/collaborating on store operations, and introducing company changes
  • Provide clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate objectives to teams
  • Model exceptional customer service to associates, manage/support initiatives (e.g., store of the community, outreach), resolve customer issues, and develop action plans for improvements
  • Drive financial performance and sales in designated store area by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation/inventory/operations, and achieving sales/profit goals
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, providing recognition, and recruiting to meet staffing needs
  • Coordinate/complete/oversee job-related activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, identify/communicate goals, measure progress, and address improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics, implement action plans, and provide direction on business processes
