Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, actively listening, touring stores (Tour-to-Teach), communicating/collaborating on store operations, technology, initiatives, merchandising, and company direction
  • Introduce and lead company change efforts, provide clear expectations/guidance for business solutions, and communicate business objectives to teams
  • Model/demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage/support customer service initiatives (e.g., store of the community, outreach), resolve customer issues, develop/implement action plans for deficiencies, and lead process improvements
  • Drive financial performance/sales in designated store area by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitoring merchandise presentation/seasonal transitions/inventory/operations, and implementing action plans for shrink/sales/profit goals
  • Provide supervision/development for hourly associates via hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, consistent communication, Belonging/diversity awareness, and recruiting for staffing/growth
  • Coordinate/complete/oversight job-related activities/assignments by maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, identifying/communicating goals, building/measuring accountability/progress, addressing improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics/integrity through action plans, Open Door Policy utilization, and guidance on business processes/practices
