Responsibilities

  • Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products/services
  • Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing, pricing, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise
  • Maintain the Sales Floor in Optical area per Company policies by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink/damages
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise in Optical area, utilize equipment, merchandise, and complete paperwork/logs/documentation
  • Operate hardware like cash registers, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, exchanges for different membership/payment types
  • Sell Optical products/services by assisting with decisions, measuring/adjusting/repairing frames/lenses, completing eyewear/contact lens orders, verifying prescriptions, maintaining paperwork, collecting payments for doctor services, and performing/recording optometric pretests
