Requirements

  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service tech, handling transactions at registers/self-checkout, and filling club pick-up orders
  • Oversees area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting with transport using equipment, and keeping parking lot clean
  • Completes accounting tasks by following procedures, providing register funds, creating/interpreting financial reports, assisting investigations, preparing deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigating overages/shortages, and maintaining confidentiality/accuracy
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes by collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Demonstrates compliance with policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity by explaining/guiding/demonstrating application, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections
