The Styling Team Manager will be responsible for training, coaching, and inspiring stylists to deliver exceptional client styling experiences. This includes managing and leading the team to meet and exceed performance goals, owning key metrics, and taking action to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Additionally, the manager will provide feedback to the founding team on performance and improvements, conduct hiring assessments and interviews, develop and deliver engaging onboarding training programs, foster community within the styling team, and collaborate with various cross-functional departments.
