Requirements

The candidate must have experience leading large remote teams of over 20 direct reports through significant changes. They should be capable of seamlessly transitioning between strategic planning and tactical execution, and thrive in fast-paced settings where high standards are maintained. A keen eye for detail and quality, along with a strong analytical background and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel functions such as pivot tables and vlookups, is essential. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is also required.

Responsibilities

The Styling Team Manager will be responsible for training, coaching, and inspiring stylists to deliver exceptional client styling experiences. This includes managing and leading the team to meet and exceed performance goals, owning key metrics, and taking action to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. The role involves solving complex problems related to team performance and training program design, as well as overseeing operational functions such as scheduling, compliance, and time-off approvals. Additionally, the manager will provide feedback to the founding team on performance and improvements, conduct hiring assessments and interviews, develop and deliver engaging onboarding training programs, foster community within the styling team, and collaborate with various cross-functional departments.
