Requirements

  • Maintain quality/safety standards by training associates on Logistics/company policies, monitoring compliance, distributing procedures/documentation
  • Identify and resolve associate/customer/supplier concerns through listening, consulting, and recommending corrective actions
  • Supervise/develop associates/leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, modeling policies, identifying training needs, participating in hiring/promotion/coaching/evaluation
  • Manage/coordinate training (e.g., new hire orientation, CBL modules, web-based, virtual classroom) for associates/drivers/management, monitor completion/schedules/compliance
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture
  • Work collaboratively, build relationships, communicate with impact to motivate/influence
  • Attract/retain/develop talent, recognize contributions
