Requirements

Responsibilities

- Drive financial performance/sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitoring merchandise/inventory/operations, mitigating shrink, and achieving goals
- Provide supervision/development for hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, recognize, communicate, promote belonging, recruit/develop for staffing/growth
