Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, listening, touring stores, providing feedback, communicating store operations, and implementing business solutions
  • Model exceptional customer service using the One Best Way (OBW) model, manage initiatives like store of the community, resolve customer issues, and implement action plans for improvements
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgets/forecasts/expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation/inventory/operations, and achieving sales/profit goals
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and recruitment to meet staffing needs
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, support customer/business needs, set goals, measure results, and address improvements
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics, implement action plans, and guide business processes
  • Build high-performing, inclusive teams, foster belonging, create development opportunities, and promote collaboration and trust
  • Act with integrity by maintaining ethics/compliance standards, holding accountable, supporting regenerative goals, eliminating waste, and participating in community giving
