Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, touring stores, providing feedback, TourtoTeach, communicating/collaborating on operations, technology, initiatives, merchandising, direction, leading change, setting expectations, implementing solutions, communicating objectives
  • Model exceptional customer service, manage/support initiatives (e.g., store of the community, outreach), resolve customer needs/complaints, develop/implement action plans, provide process improvement for high-quality experience
  • Drive financial performance/sales: review P&L, manage budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitor merchandise/seasonal transitions/inventory/operations, implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve goals
  • Provide supervision/development for hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, recognize, communicate consistently, promote belonging, recruit/develop for staffing/growth
  • Coordinate/oversee job activities: maintain stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, identify/communicate goals, build accountability, measure progress, address improvements, demonstrate adaptability, promote learning
