Requirements

  • Ability to lead and develop teams through teaching, training, active listening, touring stores, and providing feedback (Tour to Teach)

  • Experience providing supervision and development for hourly associates: hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, promoting belonging mindset, recruiting for staffing needs

Responsibilities

  • Model exceptional customer service (OBW), manage/support initiatives (e.g., community programs), resolve customer issues, develop/implement action plans, lead process improvements for high-quality experience
  • Drive financial performance/sales: review P&L, manage budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitor merchandise/inventory/operations, implement plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales/profit goals
  • Provide supervision/development for associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, recognize, promote belonging, recruit to meet staffing/growth needs
  • Coordinate/oversee job activities: maintain stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, identify/communicate goals, build accountability, measure progress, address improvements, promote learning/adaptability
