The Area Manager will communicate with individuals and groups, implement the business plan for their area of responsibility by managing staffing and scheduling, monitor and manage productivity through business reports, maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associate compliance and training, supervise and develop associates and leaders, live the Walmart values, act as a servant leader, embrace change, deliver for the customer, and focus on our associates.
