Requirements

Responsibilities

The Category Manager will lead the channel-specific selling strategy and category management for BODYARMOR, providing fact-based insights to influence decision-making with national and regional retail partners. Responsibilities include preparing for and participating in annual line reviews and objective-setting meetings, developing data-driven recommendations for assortment optimization and planograms, and presenting these findings to retailers. The role also involves analyzing key customer performance, identifying execution gaps, evaluating promotional effectiveness, and uncovering pricing and promotional opportunities to maximize brand sales. Additionally, the Category Manager will lead and mentor a team of associate managers and analysts, and train the sales force on advanced analytics.
