A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or technology is necessary.
The Senior Pharmacy Program Manager will serve as the primary relationship holder for a strategic pharmacy portfolio focused on the Senior Living market, providing guidance on business, operational, and market discussions. They will achieve operational pharmacy implementation objectives through collaborative strategy development, conduct periodic business reviews, manage escalated issues, advocate for pharmacy partners, and liaise with internal departments to prioritize issues and enhancement requests. Additionally, the role involves acting as an internal PointClickCare expert on the pharmacy industry, advising on best practices and educating on internal initiatives, participating in pharmacy user communities, and building communication strategies to inform and educate the PointClickCare Pharmacy market.
