Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment; knowledge of early career and/or university recruitment space is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Exceptional communication with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences, from senior leaders to college students
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for corporate social responsibility and making a positive community impact
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in career counseling, mentorship, or youth development

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized one-on-one and group coaching sessions to college scholars for career advising
  • Design and deliver workshops on resume building and cover letters tailored to various industries
  • Conduct mock interviews, provide feedback, and offer strategies for interviewing, including behavioral questions and professional communication
  • Offer guidance on professional etiquette, networking strategies, personal branding, and understanding corporate environments
  • Assist in the coordination and logistics of scholar development events, mentorship programs, and career fairs (virtual and in-person)
  • Create and update resources such as templates, guides, and tip sheets for scholars
  • Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for CSR department roles (full-time, part-time, internships)
  • Proactively identify and engage a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Open to travel as needed for CSR projects and/or other duties as assigned
