Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment; knowledge of early career and/or university recruitment space is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Exceptional communication with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences, from senior leaders to college students
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Passion for corporate social responsibility and making a positive community impact
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in career counseling, mentorship, or youth development

Responsibilities

Provide personalized one-on-one and group coaching sessions to college scholars for career advising
Design and deliver workshops on resume building and cover letters tailored to various industries
Conduct mock interviews, provide feedback, and offer strategies for interviewing, including behavioral questions and professional communication
Offer guidance on professional etiquette, networking strategies, personal branding, and understanding corporate environments
Assist in the coordination and logistics of scholar development events, mentorship programs, and career fairs (virtual and in-person)
Create and update resources such as templates, guides, and tip sheets for scholars
Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for CSR department roles (full-time, part-time, internships)
Proactively identify and engage a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Open to travel as needed for CSR projects and/or other duties as assigned
