Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup environment or mid-size company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is required, and technical recruiting experience specifically in hardware is necessary.
The University Recruiter will manage the intern recruiting life-cycle, University Relations, and Campus Events. They will develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent, organize and attend career fairs, and conduct campus interviews. Building and maintaining relationships with universities and student organizations is vital, as is collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. The recruiter will screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline while providing an excellent candidate experience.
