Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in university or early talent recruitment, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, and be based in Budapest, Hungary. They must demonstrate native-level fluency in Hungarian and strong professional English language skills, along with a proven ability to authentically build relationships.
The University Recruiter will locate and recruit talented students and recent graduates from universities across Hungary and Poland, manage a sourcing and marketing strategy for the Central European region, identify opportunities to increase hiring, and represent Veeva as a Generation Veeva Ambassador to build the company's brand in universities across Europe. They will coordinate and facilitate on-campus recruiting events, create and deliver presentations to educate potential candidates, and facilitate follow-through with candidates, leaders, and Hiring Managers.
