Responsibilities

  • Fully comply with HPU policy and local EHS regulations
  • Maintain and optimize the innovation portfolio for Rigids core business (panel/appliance/spray foams), including identifying customer activities and needs, and building test methods in lab
  • Provide technical support/training for key customers, including product/technical introduction to new customers, ensuring customer understanding of HPU product portfolio, conducting DOE in lab for system development, running trials and pilot production, providing technical solutions and developing products per customer requirements, and communicating with customers to identify trial results and follow-ups
  • Handle complaints/troubleshooting by providing timely and effective troubleshooting, and working with sales, R&D, customer service, and QA to resolve customer complaints
  • Collect up-to-date market intelligence from relevant industries, customers, and competitors, and stay aware of regulations timeline
  • Provide on-site and in-site technical support for rigids business such as panel, pipe composite, and other applications mainly in the appliance industry
