  • Gathering and summarising data for reports
  • Delivering training courses or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes
  • Designing technical training or instruction sessions
  • Developing and maintaining relevant high-quality training resources to ensure the achievement of specified outcomes
