Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear digital CEBA product(s) roadmap aligned with overall program objectives and team strategy
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with program change and adoption strategy; collaborate with partners to capture and prioritize requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., JJT, Quality, Security, UAM, CEBA) to ensure successful delivery of features on time and within scope; develop requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams and vendor partners
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success of capability features and inform future development
Compose and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform processes, data flows, and key features
Capture and analyze user feedback, incorporating insights to improve the customer journey
Coordinate digital CEBA projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, progress reporting, and budget adherence
Advocate for user-centered design principles to improve the journey across CEBA digital platforms
