Requirements

  • 3+ years of corporate trainer experience
  • Strong experience as a corporate or client trainer, ideally in SaaS or fintech
  • Deep domain expertise in mortgage, LOS, PPE, or closely related industry products
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical or industry concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience designing and delivering client-focused, high-touch training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt training to client-specific scenarios
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities (extras)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality onboarding and training sessions for clients and internal teams, both virtually and in-person, including ongoing education such as webinars and workshops
  • Translate client questions, challenges, and workflows into clear, actionable training content tailored to their needs
  • Provide expert guidance on industry-specific processes, LOS, PPE, and mortgage-related workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, and sales) to ensure training aligns with current platform capabilities and updates
  • Support a white-glove client experience that ensures adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for hands-on training and engagement sessions
  • Continuously refine training materials and sessions based on client feedback and evolving product features
