As a Junior Client Service Manager, the role involves handling client requests regarding operational questions, monitoring the group email box, managing client requests during month-end processes, providing cash call documents to Dutch Mortgage Fund clients, informing clients on their investment transactions, building and developing relationships with client contacts, maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments, utilizing and updating SalesForce, and supporting activities related to Customer Due Diligence/Know your Client, Client Communication, and delivering Management Information.
