Responsibilities

As a Client Delivery, Senior Associate, you will lead and manage high-volume client implementations, building strong relationships and capturing business requirements to ensure smooth launches. You will serve as the central point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management, defining and executing implementation plans, including documentation, configuration requirements, and quality assurance checks to support on-time, successful launches. Furthermore, you will collaborate across teams to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences, monitoring and measuring performance against key objectives.
