Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in paid search and retargeting. A strong understanding of paid search and retargeting platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and Criteo is required. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
The Traffic Manager will develop and execute paid search and retargeting campaigns, conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify relevant targets, and create and optimize ad copy and landing pages. They will manage campaign budgets and bids to maximize ROI, track and analyze campaign performance, and report on key metrics. Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid search and retargeting is also crucial. Collaboration with other members of the Performance Marketing team and other teams across the company to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals is expected.
