  • Proven experience in trade marketing and product marketing
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong overall MS Office skills
  • Experience with SAP software is an advantage
  • Proactive approach, high level of self-motivation, and ability to take responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee promotional strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Introduce new products to the market and coordinate successful product launches
  • Collaborate closely with Group Marketing Managers, Digital and Social Media Managers, and the local Sales Team to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities
  • Design and execute trade promotions, catalogues, marketing concepts, and point-of-sale displays
  • Organize and manage sales activities, trade fairs, events, and marketing translations in cooperation with external agencies
  • Regularly visit and engage with customers to strengthen business relationships
  • Create and implement pricing policies in line with company guidelines, including managing pricing processes and developing price lists
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new channels, customers, and partnership opportunities
  • Measure, report, and assess the performance of marketing campaigns against established goals
  • Administer various operational tasks, including system updates, pricing setup, and purchase order management
