Requirements

Responsibilities

The Therapy Specialist will provide clinical, educational, and technical support to healthcare professionals utilizing Baxter’s products in Med/Surg and ICU settings, coordinating support alongside product knowledge. They will build and execute UK-wide educational strategies, conduct clinical product evaluations, support system installations, and provide ongoing clinical training and support to maintain and grow Baxter’s customer base. The role involves nurturing relationships with key clinicians, identifying key opinion leaders, and contributing to evidence generation and quality improvement programs, as well as responding to complex customer needs and attending relevant meetings.
