Responsibilities

  • Monitor surgical procedures in neuromodulation (SCS, TDD, DBS) on a daily basis
  • Follow programming of implants, instruct on devices, and provide patient follow-up care in selected clinics
  • Provide expertise and technical support to doctors and medical staff
  • Plan and coordinate specific support and implement strategic measures, including preparation and realization of new products and launches
  • Increase appreciation of therapy range and ensure profitable growth
  • Cooperate with sales and marketing on customer events (training courses, symposia, customer education)
  • Implement software updates on programming devices
  • Manage CRM system (Salesforce Lightning) for customer data management
  • Cooperate with supporting team on administrative-operational tasks
  • Meet or exceed personal territory sales targets and support team district sales targets
  • Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and contracts
  • Bill material consumption
  • Maintain own inventory and customer consignment stock
  • Provide clinical case support and aftercare for Essential Therapy Accounts and Neuro Key Accounts (approx. 60% of time)
  • Expand and develop essential therapy accounts (approx. 25% of time)
  • Handle internal administration (approx. 15% of time)
