High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of previous Test and Balance/ Cleanroom experience required
Ability to understand HVAC systems and HVAC control systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio)
Working knowledge of fume hoods and bio-safety cabinets

Responsibilities

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform certifications for fume hoods and bio-safety cabinets
Measure and document both viable and non-viable particulates
Identify and troubleshoot various air handling systems, exhaust systems, ductwork, and fluid flow equipment associated with commercial and industrial HVAC applications
Respond to emergency maintenance and service requests
Review and analyze data for reporting
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Other tasks and duties as they arise
Interest and ability to join local union
