Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience; preference in landscaping, manufacturing/construction sales
  • Experience in project tracking analysis tools & CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth with Dealers, Distributors, and Direct customer relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients from initial contact through purchasing, installation, completion, and follow-up with service after the sale
  • Plan sales strategies to increase sales
  • Create new business and develop existing business in the territory (with distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and end users)
  • Ensure dealers and distribution partners achieve their full potential and have access to appropriate support
  • Promote the products to local installers, contractors, dealers, and distributors
  • Use project tracking analysis tools & CRM systems
  • Represent FieldTurf Landscape at National and Regional Trade Shows
  • Forecast sales and manage territory budget
  • Conduct market research and analysis related to client needs
  • Develop and present new sales techniques and strategies to the team to drive revenue growth
  • Travel, when necessary, by several modes of transportation (average 50% overnight travel by land and/or air)
