Responsibilities

  • Achieve business objectives in the designated sales territory while following sales processes
  • Achieve Monthly Volume/POS Targets
  • Achieve 16” & above in GY and 14” & above in Kelly
  • Appoint New Dealers, New BRO’s and increase Market Share
  • Plan, execute, and report on sales activities in the assigned sales area
  • Monitor sales against agreed targets regularly, identify remedial actions, report, and implement them
  • Adhere to Beat Plan & PJP
  • Provide feedback on Competitor activities/Pricing
  • Achieve against AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion, etc.)
  • Manage Sharing of Accounts (SOA) and SOM (Share of Market)
  • Maintain relationships with key Dealers (BRO/MBR)
  • Support & coordinate with Dealers, collect Orders/Payments in their absence
  • Cooperate with other departments in implementing approved service solutions
  • Prepare & submit timely reports
  • Deliver periodical progress reports and proactively submit recommendations for marketplace improvements
