Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy sales, pharmaceutical sales or other healthcare related sales
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
- Must possess personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet reimbursement program requirements and travel needs
- Travel up to 50%, this is a road warrior position with significant windshield time and potential for overnight
- Candidate must reside within the territory (Buffalo/Amherst, NY or Erie, PA area preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Responsibilities
- Selling CVS Specialty pharmacy services to key targeted physicians, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions
- Supporting therapies for Oncology, Immunoglobulin, Autoimmune, Pulmonary Hypertension, IPF, Alpha 1, and HAE disease states
- Acting as the primary contact for respective providers and medical staff within the assigned territory
- Working independently to promote and sell services and solutions for dispensing complex, high-cost medications for rare or chronic conditions to healthcare providers, clinics, and other stakeholders
- Developing sales strategies
