Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of successful sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in medical device or healthcare technology sales. Prior experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) is strongly preferred, along with a proven track record in market share capture, new territory or product launches, or displacing incumbents through value-based selling.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include developing and executing a territory growth plan, leading the full sales cycle, delivering impactful sales presentations, building relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders, managing the sales pipeline using Salesforce, overseeing account performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
